Duralex USA is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your glassware, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of glass, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or washed.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the glassware in its original Duralex packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
